Maintenance Plans

We offer weekly mowing service to commercial and residential properties in the Central Virginia area. Weekly service consists of mowing, trimming, edging and blowing off your sidewalks. Sign up for weekly mowing and receive a professional looking lawn every week.

We also offer several complete lawn care plans that consists of a weekly mowing service along with aeration, fertilizing, weed control, shrub and tree pruning, mulching, and anything else you need done. Please see the below packages for more details and pricing. All plans pricing is based on a 12-month contract. We also offer any of these services individually.

Mowing and Edging

• • Lawn mowing bi-weekly or weekly during the growing season, which is typically 18 or 36 cuts.

  • Trimming around all objects unreachable by mower.

• • Deep core aeration and overseeding during the fall.

Fertilization and Lime Treatments

• • Six treatments throughought the year including fertilization, limestone, crabgrass and broadleaf weed control.

Soil Analysis

• • Soil analysis taken every January to ensure proper appearance all year long.

Leaf Removal

• • Fall leaf removal

Fungicide and Insecticide

• • Typically applied in the summer as needed.

Soil Analysis

• • Soil analysis taken every January to ensure proper appearance all year long.

Mulching

• • Premium double shredded and dyed mulch in all beds in the spring.

Mulch Bed Maintenance

• • Applications of herbicide as needed.

Leaf Removal

• • Fall leaf removal.

Ornamental Trees and Shrub Care

• • Trees and shrubs up to 8 feet tall will be pruned twice a year.
